02 Nature of the Platform
Haul2Door is a technology platform that connects individuals or businesses seeking transportation services with independent third-party drivers. 03 No Liability & Relationship Between Parties
Haul2Door, its owners, and developers are not liable for any loss, damage, delay, non-performance, or dispute arising from services provided by drivers. All service arrangements, obligations, and liabilities exist strictly between the user requesting the service and the driver performing the transportation. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that Haul2Door only enables both parties to find each other.
04 User Due Diligence
Users are solely responsible for conducting their own due diligence before engaging a driver. This includes verifying the driver's suitability, experience, insurance, and ability to safely transport items.

07 No-Show & Delays
Haul2Door is not liable if a driver fails to show up, cancels, or is delayed for any reason. Any such issues are strictly between the user and the driver.
